本实验对27例脑梗塞、18例脑出血以及42例同年龄健康对照组测定红细胞丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果表明在脑卒中组和对照组之间MDA含量有显著性差异,以及老年组MDA含量又高于老年前期组。因而认为红细胞的这种与年龄有关的脂质过氧化作用是影响卒中发生与转归的伴随因素,值得进一步探讨。此外,本实验未显示SOD含量的显著性差异,认为尚需对实验方法进一步改进。
In this study, 27 cases of cerebral infarction, 18 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 42 cases of the same age healthy control group were measured erythrocyte MDA and SOD. The results showed that the content of MDA was significantly different between the stroke group and the control group, and the content of MDA in the elderly group was higher than that in the pre-senile group. Therefore, this age-related lipid peroxidation of erythrocytes is considered to be a companion factor affecting the occurrence and outcome of stroke, which is worth further exploration. In addition, the experiment did not show a significant difference in the content of SOD, that still need to further improve the experimental methods.
