组成甘草、甘遂各等份,研细混合,收贮瓶中待用。用法及剂量取二甘散0.5～1.0克,用棉花包裹呈球状,放置脐窝中,外用四平方公分胶布固定,四周粘紧勿使泄气,每次贴药1～2天。在发疟前三小时贴药,当天即可抑制症状,个别当天未能抑制者,症状亦显著减轻。对间日疟效好,恶性疟次之。若用于预防则不拘时间将药贴在脐窝中即可。其药理机制,有待进一步探讨。疗效观察在县医院门诊用药500余人次,均获满意效果,其中有病历记载的46例,均是一次贴药即抑制症状。
