目的:探讨 剂抗菌三联用药与抗氧化剂茶多酚在治疗螺杆菌感染动物中的作用。方法:自然感染鼬鼠螺杆菌(Hm)的雪貂给予交替服用三联药物( 剂、甲硝唑和阿莫西林)及抗氧化剂茶多酚,然后分别进行螺杆菌培养、尿素 酶测定及组织病理学检查,并观察其副作用。结果:服用三联药物之雪貂Hm检测呈阴性,胃粘膜以中度炎症为主, 且副作用大;而预服茶多酚之雪貂Hm检测呈阳性,再服用三联药物后转阴,胃粘膜炎症减轻,消化功能改善,副作 用亦减少。结论: 剂三联药物能近期根除Hm感染;抗氧化剂茶多酚虽无抗Hm活性,但能减轻胃粘膜炎症,减少副 作用,提高总体疗效。
Objective: To explore the role of antimicrobial triple therapy and antioxidant tea polyphenols in the treatment of Helicobacter infection in animals. Methods: Ferrets naturally infected with Hm Mustelae (Hm) were given alternately triple drug (agent, metronidazole and amoxicillin) and antioxidant polyphenols. Then they were respectively cultured in Helicobacter, urease and histopathology Neo-Confucianism, and observe its side effects. Results: The Hm test of ferrets taking triple drug was negative, the gastric mucosa was moderately inflammatory and the side effects were large. The ferrets Hm test of pre-applied tea polyphenols was positive, and then take triple drug and then negative, gastric mucosa Reduce inflammation, improve digestive function, side effects are also reduced. Conclusion: The triple drug can eradicate Hm infection in recent time. Antioxidant tea polyphenols can relieve gastric mucosal inflammation, reduce side effects and improve the overall curative effect although it has no anti-Hm activity.
