教育惩戒一直作为当下社会备受争论的话题,无论小学还是中学,我们在激烈的谴责学校教育惩戒问题的同时,大多数人的观点都是教师做法的偏激,指责相关老师惩戒的无效和负能量,但是在这么多媒体和家长心中所谓的教育惩戒真的是如此吗,那教师在面对工作的困境之时,如何合理使用教师惩戒权成了一大难题,教师的惩戒权成了一种尴尬的存在,如何让教育惩戒重回教育本质的问题应该得到学者和教师们的思考和重视。
Education Discipline has always been the subject of much debate in the present community. Whether in primary schools or secondary schools, we strongly condemn the issue of school discipline. At the same time, most people’s views are extreme in teacher’s practice, blaming the teachers for their invalid discipline and negative energy However, in so many media and parents’ heart, what is the so-called education and punishment really so? When teachers face the dilemma of work, how to use teachers’ discipline right has become a big challenge. Teachers’ right to discipline has become an embarrassment The question of how to get education disciplinary back to the essence of education should be given consideration and attention by scholars and teachers.
