目的:探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的诊断、治疗及终止妊娠时机的选择。方法:对本院近2年来发生的136例ICP病例分为治疗组(75例)和未治组(61例)进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗组围产儿病死率、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息及产后出血明显少于未治组。结论:对ICP的早期诊断、早期治疗、严密监测、适时终止妊娠是降低围产儿病死率的关键。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and the timing of termination of pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 136 cases of ICP occurred in the past two years in our hospital was divided into treatment group (75 cases) and control group (61 cases). Results: The perinatal mortality, meconium-stained amniotic fluid, neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the untreated group. Conclusion: The early diagnosis of ICP, early treatment, close monitoring, timely termination of pregnancy is the key to reduce perinatal mortality.
