通过对北票矿务局冠山矿矿用煤水泵叶轮失效的分析,得出其主要失效方式为机械磨损与热疲劳。还通过多种宏观和微观检测手段,确认现在制造叶轮的首选材料15—3—1型高铬白口铸铁具有耐磨性有余,韧性、耐热疲劳性不足的严重缺陷。进而探讨了提高材料韧性的措施,为选择更经济、实用的材料提供了实验及理论依据。
Through the failure analysis of coal pump impeller of Guan Shan Mine in Beipiao Mining Bureau, the main failure modes of the pump are obtained as mechanical wear and thermal fatigue. Also through a variety of macro and micro detection methods to confirm the manufacture of the impeller is now the preferred material 15-3-1 high-chromium white cast iron with more than wear resistance, toughness, thermal fatigue and lack of serious shortcomings.
