香菇菌丝生长所需的生态条件不同于其它食用菌,故不能照搬其它菌种的制做方法。我所经多年的制种研究及实践,总结出制种中应注意的几个问题。 (一)确保原种质量 原种培养时间过长或保存不当,造成棉塞受潮,原种表面带有杂菌或老化,那么造成的损失将是严重的。故在原种制作中必须严格要求,掌握好培养阶段的温湿度及通风等环境条件,及早挑出污染菌种,保证纯正无杂、菌龄适宜的原种投入生产种生产。
