为提高非圆截面零件的加工效率和质量,提出了基于多轴运动控制器的非圆截面车削数控系统结构,着重研究了通用数控模块与车削非圆截面的直线伺服系统的接口协调控制。采用多中断系统来实现两种不同的伺服控制——直线伺服控制和位置伺服控制的时序协调,以完成非圆截面的自动车削;采用多处理器协调控制,实现各种伺服系统的可靠控制。该数控系统在非圆截面零件车床中得到了应用。非圆零件车削加工效率约提高了30%,加工质量也得到提高。
In order to improve the processing efficiency and quality of non-circular section parts, the structure of non-circular section turning numerical control system based on multi-axis motion controller is put forward, and the interface coordination control of common numerical control module and turning non-circular section linear servo system is emphatically studied. Multi-interrupt system to achieve two different servo control - linear servo control and position servo control of timing coordination to complete non-circular cross-section of automatic turning; multi-processor coordinated control, to achieve a variety of servo system reliable control. The CNC system has been applied to non-circular section lathes. Non-circular parts turning efficiency increased by about 30%, processing quality has also been improved.
