目的 :观察辅酶Q(CoQ10 )对急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用改良的Ellman s法测定小鼠肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果 :CoQ10 高、低剂量组 ,肝脏GSH含量均较生理盐水 (NS)对照组高 ,其差异有显著和极显著性意义 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1)。结论 :CoQ10 能减少超量醋氨酚 (AAP)对肝脏GSH的消耗
Objective: To observe the protective effect of CoQ10 on acute liver injury. Methods: The content of hepatic reduced glutathione (GSH) in mice was measured by a modified Ellman’s method. Results: The levels of GSH in CoQ10 high and low dose groups and liver were higher than those in NS group (P <0 05 and P 0 01). CONCLUSIONS: CoQ10 reduces hepatic GSH consumption by excess acetaminophen (AAP)
