1病例报告孕妇，29岁，主因孕8个月，第二股股动消失6天，视物不清1天，于1998年5月22日15：40入院。末次月经1997年9月20日，于停经40天有早孕反应，持续1个月自然消失，孕5月自觉服动，7个月时双下肢水肿，休息后不曾缓解，逐渐加重至腹壁，6天前自觉胎动消失，1天前视物不清
