目的对某医院2000年~2007年医院工作情况进行综合评价,为医院领导提供客观、科学反映医院工作实质的统计分析。方法选择11项反映工作效率和医疗质量的统计指标,应用主成分和因子分析法,对8年的医院医疗工作进行综合评价,进行评分和排名。采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。结果8年来医院医疗工作综合评价最好的是2007年,其次是2000年,第三是2002年,最差的是2003年。结论主成分分析法和因子分析法都是多元统计分析方法,在损失很少信息的前提下把多个指标转化为几个综合指标,抓住主要矛盾,用少量的变量来解释所研究的复杂问题。在评价医院医疗工作上具有合理性、综合性和可行性。
Objective To conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the hospital’s work in a hospital from 2000 to 2007, to provide hospital leaders objective and scientific statistical analysis of the actual work of the hospital. Methods Eleven statistical indicators reflecting the work efficiency and medical quality were selected. The main components and factor analysis were used to evaluate the 8-year hospital medical work, and the scores and rankings were evaluated. Using SPSS software for data processing. Results The comprehensive evaluation of hospital medical work in the past eight years was the best in 2007, followed by 2000, the third in 2002 and the worst in 2003. Conclusion Both principal component analysis and factor analysis are multivariate statistical analysis methods, which can transform many indicators into several comprehensive indicators under the premise of little loss of information. Grasp the main contradiction and explain the complexity of the study with a few variables problem. In the evaluation of hospital medical work is reasonable, comprehensive and feasible.
