地处祖国北部边陲的“黑河好八连”拥有西郊、花园、长发三个独立观察哨所。每到冬季,连队在冰封雪裹的界江冰河上设置多个执勤冰哨,哨兵全副武装乘车全天候流动在界江哨位上,在北疆国门前哨筑起了一道牢不可破的钢铁防线。是什么样的精神动力凝聚起官兵?带着疑问,笔者走进该队。进班排、上哨塔、走巡逻路,官兵们发出了共同的心声:“是党员的感召力把我们紧紧地凝聚在一起!”
