甲硝唑是当今公认的首选抗厌氧菌药,临床主 要用于治疗和预防厌氧菌引起的腹腔、消化道、女 性生殖系、下消化道、皮肤及软组织、骨和关节等感 染。笔者就医院制剂室制备甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液时 易出现的质量问题归纳如下,供参考。 1 活性炭对甲硝唑的吸附作用 配制甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液的过程中,发现活性 炭对甲硝唑有很强的吸附作用,按常规进行配制, 加入活性炭0.05%,甲硝唑含量低于95版药典规 定的7%,且随着活性炭量的增加其含量逐渐下降。
