目的:了解湟源县2008年—2012年妇幼卫生状况。方法:2008年—2012年湟源县辖区7乡2镇所有孕产妇及(0~6)岁儿童为调查对象,根据国家妇幼卫生统计年报的要求,对7乡2镇上报的信息资料进行审核分析。结果:儿童保健服务方面:2008年—2012年,新生儿访视率、7岁以下儿童保健管理率、3岁以下儿童系统管理率逐年提高,5岁以下儿童死亡率逐年递降。孕产妇保健服务方面:2008年—2012年,孕产妇早孕检查率、产前检查率、产后访视率、孕产妇系统管理率、新法接生率、住院分娩率均逐年递增,低出生体重发生率逐年递降。2009年孕产妇死亡1例。结论:湟源县妇幼卫生状况良好,基本完成了国家的目标要求,但县、乡、村各级妇幼人员仍要继续努力,提高妇幼保健服务水平,降低新生儿和孕产妇死亡率。
Objective: To understand the maternal and child health status in Laiyuan County from 2008 to 2012. Methods: From 2008 to 2012, all pregnant women and children (0-6 years old) in 2 townships and townships of 7 townships in Laiyuan county were investigated. Maternal health services: From 2008 to 2012, the rate of maternal pregnancy checkup, prenatal checkup rate, postpartum visit rate, maternal system management rate, new law delivery rate and hospital delivery rate increased year by year, and the incidence of low birth weight Decreasing year by year. One maternal death in 2009. Conclusion: The maternal and child health in Laiyuan County is in good condition and has basically fulfilled the national target requirements. However, the women and children at county, township and village levels must continue their efforts to raise the level of maternal and child health services and reduce the neonatal and maternal mortality rates.
