近年来随着石墨电极加工技术的不断发展,尤其是国外进口电极自动加工线的引进,采用梳刀加工石墨电极连接螺纹已经逐渐普及,目前国内进口、国产自动加工线以及传统手工车床已经全部使用梳刀。梳刀同传统的铣刀相比有以下优势:(1)电极加工精度高;(2)易于定位、精度稳定;(3)加工时间缩短、效率高;(4)相对成本低。在电极加工过程中,梳刀的技术指标和内在质量直接影响被加工电极连接螺纹的质量,因此梳刀的质量检测也愈发重要。本文是在吉林炭素有限公司多年的梳刀检测经验基础上,从技术角度对梳刀检测的原理和关键点进行阐述。
