课例打磨就是将经验、理论、实践融为一体,让我们学习、设计、教学、反思;再学习、再设计、再教学、再反思;继续学习、继续设计、继续教学、继续反思的过程。它磨出了教师把握教材的深度,磨出了教师提升教材的高度,磨出了教师创新思维的火花,磨出了教师间合作交流的默契。它让教师工作由封闭走向了开放,由个体的行为变成了群体的行为,从而潜移默化地感染着教师的教研行为和价值取向。这学期初,我就经历了一次让我终身收益也十分难忘的
