本文研究了雷公藤内酯酸诱导哮喘豚鼠肺内嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS顺亡的作用。结果发现，雷公藤内酯酸能诱导哮喘豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中的EOS调亡和EOS的数量减少，并抑制EOS的bcl－2表达。以上提示雷公藤内胎醇能改善哮喘豚鼠肺内的EOS浸润，具有潜在的临床应用价值。
This study investigated the effects of triptolide-induced eosinophil (EOS) death in the lungs of guinea pigs with asthma and found that triptolide can induce apoptosis of EOS and decrease the number of EOS in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of asthmatic guinea pigs, And inhibit the expression of bcl-2 of EOS.The above suggests that triptolide of Tripterygium wilfordii can improve EOS infiltration in the lung of asthmatic guinea pigs and has potential clinical value.
