本文报道了 H-73-10和 DTPA 对大鼠肾近曲小管上皮细胞超微结构的影响。在连续注入三种剂量 H-73-10的大鼠肾小管上皮细胞中均看到次级溶酶体增多,并看到一种由外膜包绕的致密颗粒,这种颗粒可能含有 H-73-10药物成分。在 DTPA 的三个剂量组,上皮细胞空泡变性,而且不随剂量降低而减轻。通过一次注入 DTPA 后不同时间观察空泡形成过程发现,空泡变性主要是由于线粒体肿胀发展的结果。
This paper reports the effects of H-73-10 and DTPA on ultrastructure of renal proximal tubular epithelial cells in rats. The number of secondary lysosomes was seen in rat renal tubular epithelial cells in which three doses of H-73-10 were continuously injected, and a dense particle surrounded by the outer membrane was seen. This particle may contain H- 73-10 drug ingredients. In the three dose groups of DTPA, epithelial cells were vacuolar degenerated and did not decrease with decreasing doses. Observation of the formation of vacuoles at different times after a single injection of DTPA revealed that vacuolar degeneration was mainly due to the development of mitochondrial swelling.
