心理转轨工作是新生管理工作中重要的组成部分,主要是使大学新生有效地把心理运作方式从中学模式尽快地转到大学模式中来,以达到心理转轨的目的和要求。近几年来,大学生出现心理疾病的案例越来越多,据我校调查结果显示,其中48.5％均与新生阶段里有无顺利通过入学适应相关。为此,总结和研究新生心理转轨工作问题成为目前辅导员工作面临的非常重要的课题。 Psychological transition work is an important part of freshman management, mainly to enable freshmen to effectively change their psychological operation mode from middle school to university mode as soon as possible so as to achieve the purpose and requirements of psychological transition. In recent years, there are more and more cases of undergraduates’ mental illness. According to the survey results of our university, 48.5% of them are related to whether they have passed the entrance examination successfully in their freshmen stage. Therefore, to sum up and study the problem of psychology transition of freshmen has become a very important issue facing the current counselor’s work.
