本文综述了自行式修井机的方案。对广泛采用的纵置自行式修井机的布置进行了初步探讨。文章认为自行式修井机的驱动—柴油机的功率宜采用1小时功率作为使用的额定功率,并应扣除辅助功率作为柴油机的净输出功率。调速方式宜采用全制式调速器。本文讨论了自行式修井机的传动,概括了Allison传动的主要特点,并论证了其传动比的比率应近于等比几何级数。当使用双引擎时,文章认为驱动底盘行驶的一套传动应为CLBT型,另一套传动应为CBT型,从而可避免刚性并车。对借鉴A11ison传动进行液力机械传动设计,本文概括出几点粗浅认识。
This article reviews the program of self-propelled workover rigs. The widely used vertical self-propelled workover rig layout was discussed. The paper argues that the self-propelled workover rig drive - diesel engine power should use 1 hour power as the rated power, and should be deducted as auxiliary power as the net output of diesel engine. Governor mode should adopt full-scale governor. This article discusses the workover of a workover rig, summarizes the main features of the Allison drive, and demonstrates that the ratio of its ratio should be approximately geometric series. When using a twin engine, the article concludes that a transmission driving the chassis should be a CLBT type and the other type of transmission should be a CBT type so as to avoid rigid driving. Drawing on the A11ison transmission hydraulic mechanical transmission design, this article summarizes a few superficial understanding.
