1984年 Cain 使用计算机频谱分析方法(频阈法)进行心室晚电位体表检测.它采用宽的带通滤波器(0.01~500Hz),不损失信号,并可避免滤波范围选择的主观性,也不受振铃干扰.其不足在于对 QRS 波终末40ms 及 ST 段分别处理,数据太短,功率谱误差大;晚电位以频谱图形式显示,不能判断晚电位形态与持续时间.方法 1988年4~8月,使用解放军总医院医学工程研究室研制的“心脏电稳定性测试仪”中频阈法晚电位检测部分,对59名正常人和51名病人进行晚电位检测,参照 Cain 的标准,正常值范围见表1.

From April to August, using the mid-frequency threshold late-phase detection part developed by the Medical Engineering Laboratory of Chinese PLA General Hospital, 59 normal subjects and 51 patients were tested for late potentials. According to Cain’s standard, The normal range is shown in Table 1.
