本文研究了40Cr钢经过不同热处理时的金相组织、电镜断口形貌、机械性能和小能量多冲次数,并相应地造出了各种形式的钎头,在矿山现场与55、PCrNi1Mo、40CrNiMo进行了对比试验。结果表明:在目前凿岩条件下,对40Gr钢钎头,950℃钎焊淬火或等温处理,能获得较好的机械性能和多冲次数,再配以矮片合金的情况下,可实现等效报废。因此,用40Cr做钎头体也是适宜的
