饲养水平对E4×E5 (XX;mas-+/mas-+ × XX;mas-1/mas-1) 鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio L.) F1代的性别决定有显著影响,高饲养水平和低饲养水平处理组中雌性比率分别为51.5%和4.1%.遗传特性对E45×E5(XX;mas-1/mas-+ × XX;mas-1/mas-1)F1代的影响比饲养水平的影响显著,在2个处理组中只发现1~2尾雌性.2个饲养水平对E4×E45 (XX;mas-+/mas-+ × XX;mas-1/mas-+) F1代的影响差异显著,高饲养水平2个处理组中雌性比率分别为86.2%和76.8%,而低饲养水平2个处理组中雌性比率分别为76.8%和57.9%,高饲养水平处理组的雌性比率与低饲养水平处理1组(雌性比率57.9%)相比差异显著.2个饲养水平条件下E4×E5和E4×E45后代的XX;mas-1/mas-+鲤鱼性别转化率之间没有显著差异. “,”The effects of feeding level and genetic background on sexual determination of XX; mas-1/mas-+ common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) were investigated. The effect of feeding level on a F1 hybrid of E4×E5 (XX;mas-+/mas-+ × XX;mas-1/mas-1) clone was highly significant, high feeding level (HFL) groups contained 51.5% females while only 4.l % females were found in the low feeding level (LFL) groups. In the backcross of a F1 hybrid of E45×E5 (XX;mas-1/mas-+×XX;mas-1/mas-1) clone, genetic background was more important than feeding level. In both treatment groups only 1~2 females were found. The third progeny was a backcross of F1 hybrid of E4×E45 (XX;mas-+/mas-+×XX;mas-1/mas-+) clone,the frequency of females in the HFL groups (86.2% and 76.8% respectively) was significantly different from those of one LFL group (76.8 %) but not of the other (57.9%). There was no significant difference in the rate of sex reversal of XX; mas-1/mas-+ common carp between the E4×E5 and the E4×E45 offspring at both feeding levels.
