为了提高学生口算的速度和准确率,我在听障二年级开展了“天天十分钟”口算训练活动。这项训练坚持了一学年,每一位学生都有不同程度的收获。训练方法及过程根据课时进度,有计划、有目的地设计活页口算题。每次上课之前,我要求学生在规定的5分钟内迅速写出活页口算题的得数。这种训练要与最近学习的内容有关。同时,每天让学生回家做50~100道活页口算题,然后利用每周的某节课进行口算测试,评出优胜,奖励进步。这能够保证训练的延续性。
