细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋是我国冶金行业研究开发的强度髙、延性好的新型热轧钢筋,其抗拉屈服强度标准值为500MPa。通过25组75个直径8~25mm的细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋与混凝土粘结锚固试件的拔出试验,分析了混凝土强度、锚固长度、钢筋直径、保护层厚度、横向配箍率等因素对细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋与混凝土粘结锚固性能的影响。结果表明,细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋在混凝土中的锚固性能与普通热轧带肋钢筋基本相同,其用于混凝土结构中的设计锚固长度仍可按现行GB50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》的规定计算,为细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋的工程应用提供了依据。
The fine grain hot-rolled ribbed steel bar is a new type of hot-rolled steel bar with good ductility and ductility developed by China’s metallurgical industry. The tensile yield strength standard value is 500MPa. Through the pull-out test of 25 groups of 75 fine grain hot-rolled ribbed steel bars with diameter of 8 ~ 25mm and concrete bonding and anchoring specimens, the concrete strength, anchorage length, steel bar diameter, protective layer thickness, lateral stirrup ratio INFLUENCE OF FACTORS ON BONDING AND ANCHORING BEHAVIOR BETWEEN FINE CRYSTAL HOT ROLLED RIBBED REINFORCEMENT AND CONCRETE. The results show that the anchorage performance of fine-grained hot-rolled ribbed steel bars in concrete is basically the same as ordinary hot-rolled ribbed bars. The designed anchorage length for concrete structures can still be designed according to the current GB50010-2002 “Code for Design of Concrete Structures” The calculation provides the basis for engineering application of fine grain hot rolled ribbed steel bar.
