今年,有机农场主小叶打算在杭州市区开一家餐厅,作为有机农场对外的窗口,“目前有机农场面临着推广、销售难题,不少农场想借有机餐饮突围。”也在最近,中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会,着手准备有机餐饮监管的相关工作。南京国环有机产品认证中心(简称OFDC)也提出了《OFDC有机餐饮标准(草案)》(以下简称草案),目前还不属于强制性认证。是否继续做有机餐饮,参与认证与否?成了摆在小叶面前的一道难题,“这下对有机餐厅又要重新考量了,比如,认证费用多少,是否能有效监管等都会影响到餐厅运营。”
