11月18日,随着一声响亮的锣声,山东省第一家省级技术产权交易机构——山东技术产权交易中心暨上海技术产权交易所山东交易信息部在济南宣告成立。这个坐落在被称为济南未来新经济门户——山大路科技商务中心区的专门交易机构的诞生,标志着在国内新兴的“无板市场”,开始有了山东板块。而在有了上海、深圳等市技术产权交易所的成功创办之后,一个沿海经济大省技术产权交易机构的设立,也引起了人们更多的联想和期盼。
