目的：观察益欣康泰胶囊对人体血液乳酸含量的影响。方法：对６５ 例分别坚持服用益欣康泰胶囊和古汉养生精口服液的体力劳动受试者进了服药前后的血液乳酸含量测定。结果：两服药组血液乳酸含量均降低，与治疗前比较（Ｐ＜ ００５～００１），两服药组相比较，服药前无显著性差异，服药后，益欣康泰胶囊组血液乳酸含量明显降低，与古汉养生精组相比较（Ｐ＜ ００５）。结论：益欣康泰胶囊具有降低体力劳动者血液乳酸含量的作用，作者对其可能发生的作用机制进行了初步探讨
Objective: To observe the effect of Yixin Kangtai capsule on human blood lactate content. METHODS: Determination of blood lactic acid levels before and after administration was performed on 65 physically active subjects who had consistently adhered to Yixin Kangtai capsules and Guhan Shengsheng Oral Liquid. RESULTS: The lactic acid content in the two drug groups was decreased, compared with that before treatment (P<0. 05-0. 01). There was no significant difference between the two drug groups before taking the drug. After taking the drug, the blood lactic acid of Yixin Kangtai Capsules Group was used. The content was significantly reduced, compared with the ancient Han regimen group (P < 0 05). Conclusion: Yixinkangtai capsule has the effect of reducing the lactic acid content of blood in manual workers. The authors have conducted a preliminary study on its possible mechanism of action.
