组成缝隙连接的蛋白亚单位称为连接蛋白,现已发现有20种以上的连接蛋白亚型,其中连接蛋白37在人类主要表达在血管内皮细胞。研究表明Conenxin37在动脉粥样硬化的发生,发展中起着重要作用,涉及到切应力,炎症,高胆固醇血症等目前动脉粥样硬化研究的许多热点方面。同时一些研究表明连接蛋白37基因多态性在动脉粥样硬化的发病机制中可能有重要作用。本文将着重在连接蛋白37及其基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化的关系作一综述。
The protein subunits that make up the gap junction are called connexins, and more than 20 connexin subtypes have been found, of which connexin 37 is predominantly expressed in human vascular endothelial cells. Studies have shown that Conenxin37 plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis and involves many hot aspects of the current research on atherosclerosis such as stress, inflammation and hypercholesterolemia. At the same time, some studies have shown that connexin 37 gene polymorphism may play an important role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. This review will focus on the relationship between connexin 37 and its genetic polymorphisms and atherosclerosis.
