关于幼儿园教师流动问题的已有研究,通常对“流动”的教师群体不作详细区分,得出经济收入是教师流动的主要因素的结论,这忽略了不同年龄与教龄的教师群体在流动时有不同的动机。本研究对广西贺州学院2007至2011年毕业、初次就业在广东的62名幼儿园教师进行了调查,发现有很大一部分重返家乡工作,而归属与爱的需要在这种回归中是与经济收入同等重要的因素。这对地方政府的教师政策及幼儿园的管理有着重要的含义。
