洛阳风动工具厂生产的 YDX—40型岩石电钻在山西省西矿务局水峪矿、平顶山矿务局六矿、山东省新汶矿务局孙村矿用于煤层注水、煤层钻孔获得成功。该钻机具有体积小(长×宽×高570×340×296),重量轻(40公斤),搬运方便,安装简单,占用空间小的优点。由于其体积小,在煤层本身打孔成孔率高(达99%)。水峪矿在煤层钻进中打73毫米孔径,最深钻到195米;在岩石中钻进,108毫米孔径最深达6.5米,完全可以满足工作面注水工作的各种孔径孔深要求。
YDX-40 Rock Drills produced by Luoyang Pneumatic Tools Factory are used for water injection at Shuishui Mine and Pingdingshan Mining Bureau of Shanxi Province West Minerals Bureau and Suncun Mine of Xinwen Mining Bureau of Shandong Province for coal seam water injection and coal seam drilling success. The drilling machine has the advantages of small size (length × width × height 570 × 340 × 296), light weight (40 kg), convenient handling, simple installation and small occupation space. Due to its small size, the hole formation rate is high (up to 99%) in the coal seam itself. Shuiyu mine drilling in the coal seam hit 73 mm aperture, the deepest drilling to 195 meters; drilling in the rock, 108 mm deep hole up to 6.5 meters, can fully meet the working face of a variety of pore water depth requirements.
