目的 探讨学龄儿童行为问题与感觉统合的关系。方法 选取太原市 3所小学 419名 6~ 11岁儿童为研究对象 ,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表 (CBCL) ,感觉统合检核表及环境因素问卷。结果 行为问题组儿童感觉统合各项得分明显高于正常组儿童 ,男女儿童共有的 6个行为因子与感觉统合各项得分呈显著正相关关系 ,多元回归分析结果显示感觉统合中触觉过分防御、前庭失衡、学习能力不足是影响儿童行为总分的显著因素。结论 儿童行为问题与感觉统合之间关系密切 ,感觉统合能力发展愈差 ,愈易发生行为问题。预防与早期干预儿童感觉统合能力发展不足 ,可以减少儿童行为问题的发生
Objective To explore the relationship between behavior problems and sensory integration in school-age children. Methods A total of 419 children aged 6 ~ 11 years old from 3 primary schools in Taiyuan City were selected as research objects. The Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Sensory Integration Checklist and Environmental Factors Questionnaire were selected. Results The score of sensory integration of children in behavioral problems group was significantly higher than that of normal children. There was a significant positive correlation between the six behavioral factors shared by boys and girls and the scores of sensory integration. Multiple regression analysis showed that sensory integration was associated with excessive tactile sensation, Imbalance, lack of learning ability is a significant factor affecting the total score of children’s behavior. Conclusion There is a close relationship between children’s behavioral problems and sensory integration. The worse the development of sensory integration, the more prone to behavioral problems. Prevention and early intervention in children with sensory integration underdeveloped, can reduce the occurrence of children’s behavior problems
