给小鼠腹腔注射草问荆提取物10~15g/kg,能提高小鼠在低压和常压条件下耐缺氧能力,增强预先投与异丙肾上腺素所致的耐缺氧能力,使小鼠耗氧率较对照组降低32.8%。心肌~(86)Rb 摄取率较对照组分别降低8.2%,26.4%,能对抗异丙肾上腺素所致心肌与血浆中 cAMP 含量增高。静脉注射1.5~3.0g/kg,对垂体后叶素所致的 ECG 的 S-T 段和 T 波增高,心率减慢,都有显著的对抗作用。对心电图影响,使 RR、PQ、QT 和 QRS 间期较给药前显著延长。
Intraperitoneal injection of 10-15 g/kg of E. quinquefolia extract to mice can improve the ability of mice to tolerate hypoxia under low pressure and atmospheric conditions, and enhance the ability to tolerate hypoxia induced by pre-administration of isoproterenol to mice. The oxygen consumption rate was reduced by 32.8% compared with the control group. The rate of myocardial ~(86)Rb uptake was reduced by 8.2% and 26.4%, respectively, compared with the control group, which could counteract the increase in cAMP levels in myocardial and plasma induced by isoproterenol. Intravenous injection of 1.5~3.0g/kg increased the S-T segment and T wave of ECG caused by pituitrin, and the heart rate slowed down. It has a significant antagonistic effect. The influence of electrocardiogram makes the interval of RR, PQ, QT and QRS significantly longer than before administration.
