目的 评价免疫印迹法检测抗dsDNA抗体的敏感性和特异性.方法 用免疫印迹法分别与酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和间接免疫荧光法(IIF)检测样本进行比对,来验证免疫印迹检测抗dsDNA抗体的敏感性和特异性.选用抗dsDNA抗体阳性样本30 份,抗核抗体(ANA-IIF)阳性样本30份,阴性样本76份,对检测结果进行统计学分析.结果 用免疫印迹法检测抗dsDNA抗体,结果与ELISA 法和IIF法符合率高,敏感度达96.7%特异度达98.7 %.结论 用免疫印迹法检测抗dsDNA抗体 可获得很好的敏感度和特异度,且试剂盒操作简单方便,结果判读容易,适合基层检验人员操作,值得在临床推广,作为常规初筛实验.
