首先以逆转录-DNA聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)从人肺成纤维细胞中钓取全长成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(FGFR1)和成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(FGFR1)cDNA,然后分别克隆入真核细胞表达载体pRC/CMV质粒中,将重组质粒pRC/CMV-FGFR1和pRC/CMV-FGFR1分别及共转染小鼠肌母细胞L6中,经3H-TdR掺入试验结果表明FGFR1对细胞增生起负调节作用
