中国·上海浦东淳大万丽酒店中国食品工业是国民经济的重要组成部分,2010年是我国“十一五”规划期的收尾年,也是下一个十年的重要起点。“十二五”期间,食品工业将由以消化吸收为主的跟进式开发,向自主、开放创新型发展模式转变,这将促成中国食品工业重要的转变,由此中国食品工业需通过产品研发和技术创新,加快转变经济发展方式,调整产业结构,提升科技水平和产品竞争力。
