氯离子与硫氰酸汞和硝酸铁在酸性介质中反应生成红色络合物的吸光度与水中氯离子的含量成正比 ,根据这一反应原理 ,建立了用流动注射—分光光度法测定微量氯离子的自动分析新方法。利用单因素实验方法对影响灵敏度的各因素进行优选 ,得出最佳条件。本方法的检测极限为 2 0 μg/ L,相对标准偏差为0 .89% ,回收率为 1 0 0 %~ 1 0 5 %。分析速度为 60~ 1 2 0样 / h,适用于火电厂炉水中微量氯离子的测定
