作为一位农村初中英语教师,在长时间的一线教学工作中,我发现英语学困生人数愈来愈多,成绩也直线下降。最终这些学生直接弃学,甚至因为英语这一门科目而辍学。笔者现结合教学实践,谈一点英语学困生的形成原因及转化策略。一、英语学困生的形成原因1.基础极差初中生虽已有小学四年的英语基础,但大多数成绩较差。就拿今年我带的七(1)班来说吧,班级共有45人,刚接班的时候,英语成绩80分以上的寥寥无几,不及格的一半以上,更甚者
