在盆部恶性肿瘤照射中直肠是最易受损之器官尽管~(125)碘种子植入对前列腺癌的作用已明确,但有关直肠的并发症却没有报道。 本文报告密苏里大学1976、11~1982、12月间104例前列腺癌(T_(1-3))用盆部淋巴结清扫、继在前列腺周围植入~(125)碘种子10000CGY以及用超高压X线全盆外照射4000CGY/20次,观察发生直肠并发症的情况。大多数(69%)前列腺的直径约3cm,除2例外均不到5cm。植入的总放射活性计算是:腺体直经3cm者12mCi,4cm者16mCi,Sem者18mCi,大多数每个种子强度接近0.55mCi,用Micks器械植入,沿每根针轨迹种子间
The rectum is the most vulnerable organ in the irradiation of the pelvic malignancy. Although the effect of ~(125)iodine seed implantation on prostate cancer has been clarified, there has been no report of rectum complications. In this paper, 104 cases of prostate cancer (T_(1-3)) were cleaned with pelvic lymph node dissection in 1976, 11 ~ 1982, and December of the University of Missouri, followed by the implantation of 125 iodine seeds (10000 CGY) around the prostate and ultrahigh-voltage X-rays. The whole pot was irradiated with 4000 CGY/20 times to observe the occurrence of rectal complications. The majority (69%) of the prostate have a diameter of about 3 cm, with less than 5 cm except for 2 exceptions. The total radioactivity of the implants was calculated as follows: 12mCi of 3cm straight through the gland, 16mCi of 4cm, 18mCi of Sem, most of each seed strength was close to 0.55mCi, implanted with Micks instruments, along the path of each needle seed
