After experiencing volatility in the real estate market, which experienced a sharp contraction in turnover in the past few months, various ministries and commissions in the country jointly issued a number of policies aimed at re-stimulating the weak real estate market. How to break the old model and create new room for growth has become a concern to the government and to businesses and people alike.
