借助于可编程序计算器,人工适应控制(MAC)能迅速而方便地对机械加工过程进行优化,以求得在某一优化目标下的最佳加工参数。本文以单刃车削为例,介绍MAC的基本原理和以最低成本、最大利润率或最高生产率为优化目标的有关数学模型,以及实施MAC的具体算法。文中介绍了对齿条套的粗车工序进行的MAC优化试验,得到了最佳加工参数。与现用数值相比,不仅降低了单件成本提高了利润率,而且还提高了生产率,获得了明显的经济效果。
With programmable calculators, Artificial Adaptation Control (MAC) enables quick and easy optimization of the machining process to find the optimum machining parameters for a given optimization goal. This paper takes single-edged turning as an example to introduce the basic principle of MAC and the related mathematical model with the lowest cost, the maximum profit rate or the highest productivity as the optimization objective and the concrete algorithm of implementing MAC. In this paper, MAC test on the roughing process of rack gear is introduced, and the best processing parameters are obtained. Compared with the current value, not only reduce the cost of a single piece to improve the profitability, but also improve productivity, access to significant economic results.
