以来源丰富的猪去氧胆酸甲酯(Ⅳ)为原料,经选择性氧化得C_6—酮(V),产率64%.将C_6—酮与水合肼反应成腙后加入18—冠—6和KOH分解腙,制得了胆石酸(Ⅶ),产率70%.
