基于准化学平衡、空气气氛条件下,模拟高碱度烧结矿配料,进行烧结相平衡实验,研究了不同温度和Al_2O_3含量对五元系铁酸钙SiO_2-Fe_2O_3-CaO-Al_2O_3-MgO矿相的影响。采用FactSage软件对铁酸钙生成量进行了模拟计算和分析。结果表明:温度升高和Al_2O_3添加均促进了铁酸钙的生成,而Al_2O_3含量过高会减少液相数量,阻碍铁酸钙生成;1 300℃、w(MgO)=2.0%,Al_2O_3含量增加促进了铁酸钙针状晶型的长大;1 350℃、w(Al_2O_3)≥2.5%时,铁酸钙含量减少,产生了次生赤铁矿,高温时不利于矿相中铁酸钙的稳定。
Based on the quasi-chemical equilibrium and air atmosphere, the high-basicity sinter ore mixture was simulated and the sintering phase equilibrium experiment was carried out. The effect of different temperature and Al 2 O 3 content on the five-phase calcium ferrite, SiO_2-Fe_2O_3-CaO-Al_2O_3-MgO influences. At 1 350 ℃ and w (Al_2O_3) ≥2.5%, the content of calcium ferrite reduced and secondary hematite was formed, which was unfavorable to calcium ferrite in the mineral phase at high temperature stable.
