急性消化道大出血是内科危重疾病之一 ,有些患者血量大，内科常规治疗效果较差 ,易导致出血性休克。由于一时原因尚不明确 ,伴有其他系统疾病 ,行急诊手术盲目性大 ,死亡率高。本院自１９９３年以来 ,遇到１５例常规止血无效患者 ,采用施他宁治疗 ,效果满意 ,现报告如下。临床
