从出版工作自身的特点、规律和要求出发,总结这几年一些出版社加强经营管理的实践经验,我们认为,目标管理是现阶段诸多管理方法中比较适用于出版管理的方法之一。本文试将目标管理及其在出版社的应用作如下阐述。
Based on its own characteristics, laws and requirements, this paper summarizes the practical experiences of some publishers in strengthening management over the past few years. We think that target management is one of the most suitable management methods in publishing at present. This article attempts to target management and its application in the press as follows.
