3×3光纤耦合器是实现干涉型光纤传感器信号解调的一个很有前途的发展方向,具有灵敏度高、易于判向、测量范围大、便于全光纤化等一系列优点。本文首先分析了3×3光纤耦合器的输入输出特性,在此基础上,建立了基于3×3耦合器的马赫-泽德干涉型光纤传感系统,阐述了传感器的工作机理,指出了传感器信号的处理方法。在测量应变实验系统的基础上,详细地介绍了系统的构成方法。大量的实验表明,该实验系统工作稳定,性能良好。
The 3 × 3 fiber coupler is a promising development direction to realize the signal demodulation of the interference type optical fiber sensor. It has a series of advantages such as high sensitivity, easy judgment, large measuring range and easy all-fiber. In this paper, the input and output characteristics of 3 × 3 fiber coupler are analyzed firstly. Based on this, a Mach 3 Zehnder interferometric fiber sensor system based on 3 × 3 coupler is established. The working principle of the sensor is described. The sensor Signal processing methods. Based on the measurement of strain experiment system, the method of system construction is introduced in detail. A large number of experiments show that the experimental system is stable and has good performance.
