与碳酸钾催化剂对比,考察了碳酸钠与氧化钙复合催化剂对荆各庄气煤常压水蒸汽气化的活性,以及添加硫酸钾或硫酸亚铁的影响。确定了碳酸钠和氧化钙的较好配比,并考察了温度对该催化剂的活性的影响。发现5%碳酸钠和10%氧化钙的复合催化剂对荆各庄煤的水蒸汽气化有较高的活性。此外,还考察并对讨论了加压条件下温度、压力和水蒸汽加入速率对荆各庄煤水蒸汽催化气化的影响。发现上述催化剂对加压气化的活性较好,但对甲烷化的催化作用不强。
Compared with potassium carbonate catalyst, the effects of sodium carbonate and calcium oxide composite catalyst on steam gasification of Jinggegeong gas coal at atmospheric pressure and the effect of adding potassium sulfate or ferrous sulfate were investigated. The better ratio of sodium carbonate to calcium oxide was determined and the effect of temperature on the activity of the catalyst was also investigated. It was found that the composite catalyst with 5% sodium carbonate and 10% calcium oxide had higher activity on steam gasification of Jinggezhuang coal. In addition, the influence of temperature, pressure and water vapor addition rate on steam gasification of Jinggezhuang coal was also investigated and discussed. The above catalysts were found to be more active for pressurized gasification but less strongly catalytic for methanation.
