非高炉炼铁在不断进步,高炉炼铁流程仍是今后国内外主导发展方向。全面加强中国现有高炉炼铁流程的改造和优化是工作的重点。要注意大型化的合理选择、系统配置和操作参数的改进、过程检测和控制的完善、节能减排路线的制定等。降低铁钢比是减少吨钢CO2排放的最有效手段。
Non-blast furnace ironmaking continues to progress, blast furnace ironmaking process is still the leading direction of development at home and abroad. It is the focus of work to comprehensively enhance the transformation and optimization of the existing blast furnace ironmaking process in China. Should pay attention to the rationalization of large-scale selection, system configuration and operation parameters of the improvement, process testing and control of the improvement, energy-saving emission reduction route formulation. Reducing iron-steel ratio is the most effective way to reduce CO2 emissions per ton of steel.
