骨肉瘤是严重危害儿童和青少年健康的一种骨原发性恶性肿瘤,研究骨肉瘤发生、发展、转移等相关基因,对其发病的分子生物学机制、早期诊疗和预后评估等方面有重要价值。cDNA基因芯片技术作为一种可平行、快速、敏感、高效检测正常组织与肿瘤组织基因差异的技术,现已广泛应用到骨肉瘤的研究中,本文就其在骨肉瘤研究中应用进展作一综述。
Osteosarcoma is a kind of bone malignant tumor that seriously endangers the health of children and adolescents. It is of great value to study the molecular biological mechanism, early diagnosis and prognosis of osteosarcoma, such as the genesis, development and metastasis of osteosarcoma. . As a technique of parallel, rapid, sensitive and efficient detection of genetic differences between normal tissues and tumor tissues, cDNA microarray technology has been widely used in the study of osteosarcoma. This article reviews the progress of its application in the study of osteosarcoma .
