由于民族民众对民族文化的所有权,以及文化知识产权资本化的目的是为民族服务,民族利益因此成为民族文化知识产权资本化运作当仁不让的轴心。但是从实践操作来看,由于资本化的经济本性,以及资本化众多利益主体的利益争夺,资本化运作中的民族利益往往被有意无意地忽略,影响或损害了少数民族民众的利益。基于以上问题,通过对民族文化知识产权资本化运作中民族利益的轴心效应体现和应用进行具体分析,强调了民族利益在知识产权资本化中的轴心地位。
As ethnic people’s ownership of national culture and the purpose of capitalizing cultural intellectual property are to serve the nation, national interest has thus become the axis of doing my utmost to capitalize the intellectual property of national culture. However, due to the economic nature of capitalization and the competition for the interests of many capitalized entities, the national interest in capitalized operation is often ignored by intentional or unintentional influence or harmed the interests of ethnic minority people. Based on the above problems, this paper analyzes the embodiment and application of the axis effect of national interest in the capitalization operation of national culture intellectual property, and emphasizes the axis position of national interest in the capitalization of intellectual property.
